Jennifer Milam PMHNP

I earned my Associate's degree from South Florida State College, my Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, and my Master's in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, I have developed a broad skill set. I treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders.

I provide my clients with positivity and hope.  I want to help them develop the tools they need to get through everyday life stressors. My goals is to partner with you to help you feel better and live your best life.

I take the time to listen to my patients and work with them on personalized goals for their own care. I also provide an open, nonjudgmental environment for my clients.

Therapist

Dr. Victoria Johnson PsyD

I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Florida School of Professional Psychology at National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. I have experience with individual outpatient therapy, couples therapy, counseling, assessment, and inpatient therapy. My main clinical focus involves problems of everyday life. I am treating clients dealing with anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, infidelity, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, and trauma.

I provide an integrative therapy with a humanistic focus which means I view my clients as people first and tailor my interventions based on your specific needs. I am also trained in and apply Emotionally Focused Family & Couples Therapy for couples and family sessions. In therapy with me, we are going to be exploring what symptoms are troubling you, patterns that keep you from changing, and figuring out how to reach your goals.

I like to compare therapy with me to that of climbing a mountain; you point to a peak you want to reach and we set off to get there together. Even though I don't have the answers to the mysteries of life, I can help you on your chosen path by assisting you with barriers that block your way. We will build a relationship that can create lasting change by getting to the heart of your issues. I offer a completely judgment-free space where we can tackle whatever issue, concern, or feeling you have.

Therapist

Matt Rauch LMHC

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Qualified Supervisor. I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi, then began my career as a Chemical Dependency Clinician at a residential treatment facility. I’m proud to be part of the Blue Wave Group where I work one on one with clients doing individual counseling.

I believe that people respond best to individualized treatment that takes their own needs and preferences into account. I tend to utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy and enjoy bringing interpersonal and mindfulness techniques into treatment as well. I enjoy working with people across a wide spectrum of presenting problems and have particular experience treating substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep issues, codependency, and low self-esteem.

I believe in measurable progress and working with people to identify goals that are most meaningful for them. My ultimate goal is to help each person enjoy a higher quality of life, and we will develop smaller goals to achieve that milestone together.
